Is there a Minimum Order Value (MOV) or Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Unlike digital services that impose rigid, automated price floors or refuse small runs, we support you at every stage of your business. We don't set limits on design size, complexity, or volume. Whether you need a single precision CNC machined prototype or a run of one million stamped parts, our project coordinators will draft a custom arrangement that fits your commercial needs.

Where is my order and can I have the tracking information?

Yes, we provide standard shipping tracking numbers the moment your order dispatches. Beyond basic tracking, a dedicated Project Coordinator proactively manages your real-time production status, and we offer advanced logistics support like global shipping, warehouse stocking agreements, and Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.

Can I supply my own custom materials or specialty resins for production?

Yes. While we stock an extensive inventory of standard ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, engineering plastics, and resins to keep lead times screaming fast, we understand that unique designs often require specialty materials. You can work with your dedicated Project Coordinator to coordinate shipping customer-supplied custom materials directly to our facilities for your runs.
