At Prismier, quality is not a department. It is how we work. As a Quality Inspector, you play a critical role in protecting our customers, our teammates, and our reputation by making sure every part meets expectations before it leaves our doors.

This role supports the Quality Team and the broader organization by performing inspections, documenting results, and working cross functionally to uphold Prismier’s standards. The ideal candidate brings a quality first mindset, takes ownership of their work, and understands that strong relationships and clear communication are just as important as measurements and reports.

What You Will Doing:

• Perform mechanical inspections to ensure manufactured parts meet customer and internal requirements
• Conduct inspections throughout the production process including incoming inspection, in process inspection, final inspection, and first piece or first article inspection
• Measure parts, components, and assemblies using standard inspection tools
• Accurately document inspection results and nonconformances in our systems
• Review inspection records and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications
• Support quality audits and process checks to ensure compliance with established standards
• Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with internal teams, suppliers, and customers as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Contribute positively to team goals and Prismier’s culture
• Perform other quality related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn GD and T and quality inspection methods
• Ability to work independently while also supporting team goals
• Customer focused approach to decision making

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to ISO 9001 quality systems
• Experience with ERP or quality management software
