About the Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) — someone who’s equal parts inside sales pro, manufacturing enthusiast, and all-around team player. You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers, keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and experiences exceptional from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to contact for customer projects and orders — from quote to fulfillment
  • Communicate like a pro through phone, email, and CRM platforms
  • Keep internal teams in sync and customer expectations aligned
  • Manage order and project details through our ERP/CRM systems
  • Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving with confidence
  • Track and document customer interactions with accuracy
  • Contribute to process improvements and team goals
  • Follow company guidelines and bring the good energy every day

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or inside sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-driven and organized under pressure
  • Comfort navigating ERP/CRM systems (bonus for Mie Trak™, Job Boss™, or similar)
  • A “customer-first” mindset — you care about the experience, not just the transaction
  • Big Bonus points if you’ve worked in manufacturing

  • Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
  • Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing
  • Location: In-person at our Bolingbrook, IL HQ
  • Travel: None
  • Schedule: Full-time (40+ hrs/week), Monday–Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Salary: From $55,000/year
