About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator (CXC) — a detail-driven, customer-obsessed team player who ensures every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the backbone of the Customer Experience team, helping manage data, coordinating projects and materials, and keeping communication flowing between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Your work will directly impact how customers experience Prismier — and you’ll help us deliver on our promise to make manufacturing simple and exceptional.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate quotes, projects, and materials across teams
  • Enter and manage data in Salesforce with accuracy
  • Prepare open order reports and pre-enter quotations
  • Issue purchase orders for finished goods in our ERP system
  • Track project and material progress, escalating issues proactively
  • Expedite orders to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
  • Support the Customer Experience Team in maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Follow company processes while looking for ways to improve them
  • Jump in to help with other responsibilities as needed — teamwork is everything here

What You Bring to the Table

  • A “customer-first” mindset and passion for service
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (bonus for Mie Trak™, Job Boss™, or Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ tools
  • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
