We’re searching for a skilled and passionate welder with expertise in TIG and MIG welding to help craft high-quality aluminum parts. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints, customer specifications, and welding process instructions.
• Precision Welding: Weld thin gauge aluminum parts (0.060”–0.187”) using TIG and MIG techniques to meet quality and performance standards.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect welds, make necessary adjustments, and ensure final products exceed expectations.
• Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Operate and maintain welding torches, gas cylinders, filler rods, and other essential tools.
• Polishing & Grinding: Enhance part finishes through grinding and polishing as needed.
  Collaboration: Provide general shop assistance across departments when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Training & Experience: Completion of a recognized welding program and 5+ years of professional experience in thin gauge aluminum and steel welding, ideally in a job shop environment.
• Technical Expertise: Proven TIG and MIG welding skills with the ability to use and design fixtures.
• Safety First: Knowledge of welding safety standards and protocols.
  Manufacturing Know-How: Experience in a manufacturing setting is a strong plus.
• Problem Solver: Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
• Team Player: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in various work conditions.
• Adaptability: Willing to take on a variety of tasks and support different areas of production as needed.
