Duties Include

• Create Fed Ex and UPS Shipping Labels
• Create Bill of Ladings for Trucking Companies
• Receive incoming product into our ERP (MieTrak)
• Distribute incoming product to the shop floor/company per Work Orders from our ERP and Material Specialists instructions
• Help prepare Commerical Invoices and EEI filings when shipping internationally
• Greet all shipping drivers coming and help in coordinating correct pickups.
• Assist in loading/unloading of Prismier van and shipping trucks as neede
• Direct Prismier Driver on local deliveries and pickups
• Create packaging labels as needed
